Issues of TPPA

Hye guys. Now I go straight with my point. I want to share about TPPA.. You all know what the meaning of this issues.? I will explain it later. What will impact in our country and what public opinion on this issue.

What is the TPPA?
TPPA stands for the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement, an agreement led by the United States and in 11 other countries, including Malaysia.

Countries Involved?
Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, Vietnam and the United States. It should be stressed, China is not included in this agreement.

What is the purpose TPPA?
TPPA allows each member state is free to trade in the markets of other member countries. This means that the TPPA will minimize trade barriers and creating a common standard to the 12 countries involved.

What is wrong with the the TPPA?
What raises questions about the the TPPA is all done in secret talks and discussions text is secret until after the four-year agreement was signed.

Resistance to the TPPA?
Apart from Malaysia, the TPPA also great opposition from the people of the countries involved, including the United States though. On the internet are many sites that were established to tell the the TPPA disadvantages. Just look at the pictures rally to protest the the TPPA on Google images.

What advantages of TPPA?
TPPA allows products / services from Malaysia to penetrate the market more easily member countries. With simple language, dealers business scope will be broader.

According to the Minister of International Trade & Industry, Mustapha Mohamed, the results of consultations with all concerned, the import duty on almost all products will be eliminated under the TPPA.

"Basically, it will provide opportunities for greater market access for Malaysian companies, particularly in markets like the United States, Canada, Mexico and Peru, which Malaysia has no FTA.

"Malaysian exporters will gain a competitive edge over regional competitors in the export of electrical and electronics sector, chemical products, palm oil, rubber, wood products, textiles, and automotive parts and components.

"All this is a major export for Malaysia and generate large amounts of revenue for the national economy and take thousands of Malaysians as workers," he said, citing reports The Star Online.

He also stressed the sensitivity of the issue in Malaysia is also taken into account in the agreement include indigenous issues.

What disadvantages TPPA
Of course if the market is expanding, competition also becomes higher. In addition, each state has their own issues. So, by implementing the same standard to all countries will probably cause other issues that arise. However, the disadvantages have yet to discovery as it has yet to be implemented. However, for the curious gaze 'skeptical' that exists on the TPPA can to link this site New Zealand: http://itsourfuture.org.nz/

TPPA effect on Socio-Economic Malaysia

I have attached some thoughtful insights based on local resource Prof Dr Agus Yusoff TPPA concern about the impact of Malaysian society.

1. Large companies will be free to do business in our country led to small entrepreneurs have to compete with foreign giants. It's like giving power to the developed countries that have high monetary values and the strength of the business infrastructure more 'advance' to dominate the market and the economy,

2. Expected to almost 80% in prices of medicines will hit the 1000% from current prices. This is due to cheaper generic drugs can not be sold because Malaysia is bound to use the drugs 'patent' produced overseas pharmaceutical companies. It gives a great impact on low-income earners to support high medical costs.

3. The terms of investment and legal services as well as various professional services are forced to compete with the open market. Our service industry is certainly also affected by competitive giant corporations dominate the local market.

4. Local farmers have to compete with foreign agricultural products. TPPA would also have an adverse impact on the country's rice industry when high bersubsidari rice from the United States are marketed in Malaysia. Family farmers in the country would be affected if the TPPA dimaterai.

In conclusion, many advantage and disadvantage of this issues. So, you will get new knowledge about TPPA when you read this blog. Hope you enjoy it. Thank you.

..the prices of car decreased..

Maybe this is the end of my second blog. I am interested in this blog to write about car prices dropped. Of course everybody dreams of his own dream car. Just like me. I also have a dream to have his own car. But when looking at the price of the car, a dream is like a mental speculation only. This time I wrote about car prices dropped. This will be a relief to the people of Malaysia who have a dream to own their own car.

Multi-brand cars in Malaysia. For example, Toyota, Renault, Toyota and so on. Among the well-known and well received is the Perodua. There are several types of Perodua Myvi such, Viva, Kelisa, Kancil and others. Perodua is the second company in Malaysia after Proton.

Second Automobile Company Sdn Bhd (Perodua) will not increase its output when the vehicle despite the challenging economic environment, particularly the weakening ringgit.

President and Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh said that so far they are still absorbing the costs incurred from the purchase of certain parts of the installation is done in US dollars and Japanese yen.

He said that, in the determination and update pricing, the government is looking at the demand and supply in the market during the local automotive sector. "We as a national car company still has many objectives sought to be achieved in order to always be on the track of stable performance in the future. "Despite the ups and downs of the economy, but we hope PERODUA become the people's choice because we show a selection of affordable cars for the public who want to have your own vehicle," he told reporters after the launch of the book Perodua Myvi, 'Dude, That's My Car !, yesterday. (Newspaper, mymetro, friday;27 November 2015.)

While Volkswagen Malaysia (Volkswagen) explained that the company will not announce any price increase next year despite his car was hit by market pressures and a challenging global economy.
Its group managing director, Armin Keller said, the selling price of all networks Volkswagen car model based on the existing price without any increase in price.

He said the company would reassess their models to face the eventualities that may be encountered in the event of extraordinary market pressures in the luxury car segment. "So far, we see no particular need to raise the price of the car and we are confident that other factors will also have an impact," he said when opening the Selayang Volkswagen 4S yesterday.

Various types of car that offers the same price and still not increase the price of the car. This attitude should serve as an example because it does not concern the people of Malaysia. For those who want to buy a car, they have to make a detailed planning for a dream car. Buy a car is not easy, it is necessary to survey at social network or survey in the car shop. If the car decreased it will be easier for our citizens to have their own dream car. I think that all from me. Thank you.

Price commuter and monorail increased

Another issue that is troubling the people, that is the price of commuter rose. This is because, many people use as a commuter and monorail transportation to get to work or anywhere. For example, students and workers were the main commuter service and monorail. For them, such a facility could ease and simplify them.

Various reaction price rises and commuter monorail. Some are positive and some are negative. Private sector employees, Dzulafiq Zainal, 28, said the increase was not justified due to fear of burdening low-income people. "It's hard for families earning below RM5,000 like me to live in the capital because we know the price of goods increased in the presence of all goods and services tax (GST)," he said. Civil servants, Nasrin Mohd. Hasni, 53, said he felt burdened due to changes in prices of close to 100 percent to get to work. He said he himself had to use two public transport and the LRT commuters to get to work. "So when there is increase my assessment is nearing 100 per cent, it is very onerous," he said.

In the meantime, private sector employee, Mohd. Dani Othman, 34, said the price increase did not affect her life as LRT users on a daily basis. "Although the price of public transport fares have rise, but the cost of transportation is still at a low level compared with that car," he said. Helmi Samsuddin, 46, said, as foreigners working in the country, the case is not a serious issue for those services provide comfort to him to move from one place to another. "The rise in prices is definitely the best for maintenance services. So it does not matter if the increase is for user comfort, "he said.

The issue is particularly surprising Malaysian. But President KTM, Lt. Col. (B) Talented Tijan said the new fare hike by way station to station, but the fare for the commuter route between the River Gadut to Saki and Kamunting Desert had no changes. "This new fare rate is to cover operating costs and maintenance costs are increasing every year," he said at a press conference announced the new rates in KL Sentral Station in Kuala Lumpur.

That's all. Thank you

The floods come again

Assalamualaikum guys. We meet again in another blog. Thank you for taking the time to my blog. Today I want to share about the issue now that the flood. Flooding is the season that we will face in each year, but we are not sure whether it was bad or otherwise. So, everyone should take precautions for their personal safety and local residents. At the beginning of the year recently, we have experienced a severe flood season. For example in the state of Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang and so on. Most of them are on the east coast. So, at the end of this year, we expect the flood this time not as the beginning of the year. The government has taken steps to prepare for the floods this time.

Recently, the incidence of severe flooding occurred in Shah Alam as a result of heavy rains. Kuala Selangor District Officer, Mohd Shamsul Shahril Badlisza. Noor said the water level in the affected area, Puncak Alam, Parit Mahang, Simpang 3 rapids, Kampung Bukit Cherakah, Kampung Kuching Hilir, Kampung Bukit Hijau, Farm Tuan Mee and Kampung Asahan up to our knees took almost two weeks to subside. He said the disaster has been billed as the worst affected thousands of residents and forcing more than 1,111 people evacuated to shelters.

While in Kelantan, victims do the initial setup, to avoid incidents like this happen before. Chairman of the Village Development and Security Committee Batu Papan, Tarmizi Ismail told floods last year saw 185 of the 230 houses in the village were flooded. Accordingly, the authorities together villagers perform the initial setup, so the same situation does not recur. The move is also to ensure that the disaster could have been handled better before. "We talked and we made good preparation with the villagers and the government, the authorities, so we were able to provide some boats, places for us as transit as a transfer that," said Tarmizi told AWANI.

Mangsa banjir buat persediaan awal, elak trauma berulang

In Malaysia, we launched a program for the flood victims. The program is called the program "volunteers". The "volunteers" here is, anyone who is interested in helping the flood victims without any payment. The program aims to reduce the burden of flood victims. Donations will be given to the flood victims is, food, clothing, shelter and so on. If anyone is interested in volunteering for the flood victims, they can register online form provided.

So, let us together to help those in need. Thank you.

....Unemployment among university students....

My blog this time related to me. I say this, because as a student, I was very scared when want to step into his career. Today a statement was issued that the highest number of unemployed in Malaysia is one of the postgraduates.

According to the latest statistics released, the unemployment rate increased by 0.3 percent to 3.3 percent. There are several reasons for many unemployed university students. Among them are;
Too choosy attitude is a major factor increasing the number of unemployed in the country. Despite efforts by the government, however, if the job seeker has put some conditions the jobs seemed closed to them. Besides the main problems that cause their failure to get a job candidate's performance is too high of a position offered. For example, a technician positions only require a certificate of approval, but most candidates who show is one of the diploma and degree holders. If they accepted work will pose problems in terms of the salary scheme which is not in accordance with the approval.

Although manufacturing-based economy over the past year, showed some growth, but the unemployment rate is still inevitable. With the economic recovery and job creation are relatively cheap labor, many countries foreign investors start looking at countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia and China to be a place to invest.

graduan universiti

As a conclusion, graduates should be wise to set their own pace of life, do not think too much about professional. Graduates need to start from scratch to get experience instead of just from the top. Thus, graduates should not be chosen too, because this is not just for the good of the country, but also for the good of their own graduates and this attitude does not bring any good to themselves. Imagine how much work experience and income they lose by just sitting at home because choosy attitude. In addition, they must have the skills and work experience. Therefore, they must be open-minded and smart in addressing this issue in order not to regret later on.

I hope, I will get job better than my expectations. That all guys. See you again at my next blog. :P

Vape give a bad impression

Hye guys. We meet again. How are you today? Hope you will enjoy with this blog. Okay, now I wnt to talk about vape. What is vape.?? and what affected in our country and society? and who like to use vape and why? So, today this blog want to share a lot info of vape. Vape very famous in Malaysia, if I not mistaken.

Example of vape

As we know vape is famous among adult. The average that use vape is around 30 to 45. This is because, as a teenagers there no enough  money to buy it. So, as a worker, they can buy it.

rokok elektronik

Many people said, selling vape is illegal. In newspaper they said "Bentong - sale of e-cigarettes is not only incorrect in law, even users of the product was also exposed to a variety of chronic diseases. Health Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the sales materials and products that are either under the Poisons Act 1952 and regulations of drug control and cosmetics 1984." In addition "They were found guilty of selling and distributing products and liquid nikoton to use electronic cigarette electric cigarette @ fine not exceeding RM3,000 or imprisonment not exceeding one year or both at once," he said. [source: Bernama]

Based on the information I got, e cigarettes (cigarettes electricity) now is not like the kind before. Electronic cigarettes are now using e-liquid or e-juice. And it has nothing materials such as regular cigarettes that have a variety of chemicals, toxins, excess nicotine, tar and the like. E-liquid is glad to be understood is that the material used is a glycerin + flavoring (fruit, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, etc.). Glycerin is used in food for the effects of damp. This material is common in eating either vegetable or synthetic sources, consciously or unconsciously. Seasoning is "concentrated flavor" is commonly used in food.

So, there is the danger of a chemical mixture of nicotine (Nic). In the e-liquid is mixed Nic in very small quantities between 6mg to 50mg depending on the nature of actual smokers themselves. Nic concentration in the normal e-liquid or e cigarette smokers in the industry dubbed the "Vapor" will usually start with high then progressively reduced so that eventually will use e-liquid that is only 0mg only Nic. The point here, this is no longer addicted Vapor Nic.

Based on all information that I got. I think vape can give us risk compared to cigarette. This is because, vape is electronic cigarette, the vape might be give us disease for our heart or lungs. We as humans are responsible should be aware of the disadvantages of vape.

Okay guys. I think, that's all for today. Thank You.

Haze, Take care of your health...

Assalamualaikum and good morning guys. How are you today? Hope you're healthy. Why I ask about your healthy? This is because, nowadays our country suffered bad haze. I hope you will take care about your healthy and always drink more water. Don't forget to wearing mask before you going to any area. Today, my blogs is all about haze. Now, I want to share a lot of haze. Let's begin our sharing info about haze.

Haze in Malaysia

As students that in secondary school, they might happy when know about this news, This is because, they feel free to going any where when school closed due to haze. Parents must pay attention to children when they leave the house. Children's health may be affected by haze. So, we as a adult or parents, must take positive action to protect the family. As a worker, they must go to work but they must take care her self which is wearing the suitable mask which is N95.

As we know, a way to see whether an area is safe or not we are using the Air Pollution Index (API). The worst haze occurred in 1997 and 2006. The main criticism of the government is the difficulty of getting information. Of course it's important because it concerns the health issues that could turn into serious in the short term. The government should take a more effective and wise in disseminating information regarding this health issue.

Haze in 1997

In Malaysia, at 13 September 2015. In Kuala Lumpur, a total of 19 areas in the country recorded its Air Pollution Index (API) while 31 are in the medium level. In recent record of the Department of Environment (DOE) at 8 pm Sunday, Banting in Selangor recorded the highest level with API 174. Other areas in the state who are in an unhealthy level has not changed much in the last two hours from 6pm. Kuala Selangor recorded the IPU 118, Petaling Jaya (143), Shah Alam (147) and Port Klang (161). The highest recorded in Malaysia was 400 to 500. This can be risk in our country.

I can say that this issue will not be solved forever. This is because, every year, citizens Indonesia will burn their forests. they feel when they burn the forest, the plants will grow well. so we as Malaysians must organize more strategy to face many risks in the future.

I think, that all for this blog.. I will continue to next blog. See you later. Thank you.

Recession of Economic

Assalamualaikum guys.. Today I want to share about our Ringgit falls. Why it can happen? We can't blame anyone. Our topic focus on falling ringgit, rising price. Why I say like that, this is because when our Ringgit falls, the goods of imports will rise. For example rice, milk, sugar, meat and others. Due to this, the rate of household income will continue to decline. In addition, the cost of living continues to rise than rising prices. People will be depressed and prosperity will decline.

As we know, the Malaysian ringgit fall almost RM 4 per US dollar (US) thus showing the lowest decline since the 1997 Asian financial crisis. In 1997, issues of this happen but it can solve with any method by Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad the fifth prime minister. The depreciation of the currency led to the loss of confidence of foreign investors to continue investing and trading in Malaysia. According Hajrudin Somun (2003), until June 1997, the world still believe in the ability of Asian economies to continue to go well in the world market. A few months later, World Competitiveness Yearbook, an economic journal published by the American International Institute for Management Development (IMD) which influence has issued a statement that Malaysia experienced some economic difficulties said to be very serious, especially at the microeconomic level.

As a student, I think this issues give impact to students that studies in abroad which is Mesir, London, and others. If we in our country like Malaysia, we can't feel our ringgit falls. If we want go holiday to outside of country, we can feel how difficult when our ringgit is lower rather than other country.

ppi2
This graph showed that although the prices of goods produced in Malaysia has declined from a year ago, prices of goods imports remained at the same price (see Graph 1 in the report of the Department of Statistics). In an economy still relies heavily on imported goods, particularly food, this certainly affects the price paid by consumers.

As a conclusion, I think this issues can't happen. This is because, this matter will burden its own society. Not all our society has stable income, so we must think about the fate of their own to support the family. Necessities such as rice and sugar are important to everyday life. How do they want to get it if the price is higher. Think about the society in our own country.

Thank you. See you in next blog.. :P
